By accessing or using FindMeTrek, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

FindMeTrek provides trek discovery, comparison, planning, saved trek, profile, review, and operator listing features. Trek details are provided for informational planning purposes and may change due to weather, route conditions, operator changes, local rules, or safety issues.

• You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated where needed.
• You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform.

Trekking involves real risk, including illness, injury, route closures, severe weather, and other hazards. You are responsible for checking current conditions, fitness requirements, permits, equipment, guides, operator credentials, and emergency plans before trekking.

FindMeTrek is a discovery, comparison, and enquiry platform. We may show operator listings, maps, weather tools, and links to third-party operator booking pages or services. Operators are responsible for trek operations, availability, pricing accuracy, itinerary delivery, safety practices, customer communication, and any payment processing. FindMeTrek does not process trekker payments; any payment is arranged directly between you and the operator. (Operators may pay FindMeTrek for promotional features through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.)

• You keep ownership of content you submit.
• You grant FindMeTrek permission to host, display, reproduce, moderate, and use your content to operate and promote the platform.
• Do not post false, illegal, abusive, misleading, infringing, private, or unsafe content.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or affects trust and safety.

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or upload malware.
• Do not scrape, copy, or harvest data at scale without written permission.
• Do not impersonate another person, operator, or organization.
• Do not spam users or submit fake trek or operator information.

When you submit an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate traveller details so operators can follow up with price details. FindMeTrek does not collect payment. Any payment, cancellation eligibility, and refund amounts are arranged directly with the operator and governed by their own policy.

Operator features are intended for legitimate trekking businesses or authorized representatives. Operators must complete their operator profile and receive verification before using offer-management features. Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, pricing, itinerary details, policies, safety standards, and customer communication.

FindMeTrek branding, design, software, original content, and platform structure belong to FindMeTrek or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reuse substantial parts of the platform without permission, except where allowed by law.

• FindMeTrek is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee trek information, weather data, operator content, uptime, or uninterrupted access.
• You use trek information and third-party links at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMeTrek is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses connected to trekking decisions, third-party operators, route conditions, or platform interruptions.

We may update these terms as FindMeTrek evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
